Recently, a delegation of 12 members, led by the President of the Funing Valve Industry Association and comprising representatives from key enterprises within the association, paid a special visit to our company for an inspection and exchange. The focus of the visit centered on valve automation production lines, aiming to build technical exchange bridges among enterprises and promote the high-quality development of the regional valve industry.
The delegation first entered Beayta’s valve automation production workshop. Guided by the company’s management, they observed up close the operation of the fully automated valve assembly line. This production line integrates functions such as intelligent positioning, precision tightening, and data traceability, enabling fully automated operations—from component assembly to finished product output—for various types of valves including butterfly valves, ball valves, and control valves. It not only reduces the production cycle per valve by 30% but also allows real-time monitoring of production data through the MES-connected system, ensuring product consistency and stability.
This inspection and exchange not only provided the Funing Petroleum Association with an in-depth understanding of our company’s technological capabilities in valve automation but also effectively established a communication platform for collaborative innovation among regional enterprises.
